612-454-2444Complete a clinical screening
Once we’ve gathered your basic information, our clinical team walks every patient through a clinical screening. This helps us evaluate whether our residential treatment program is a good fit for your needs and to identify the length of stay we recommend for your recovery. We may share our recommendations with your insurer as part of the prior authorization process, if they are involved in funding your treatment.
Confirm finances
Our admissions team helps you maximize the resources available to you on your journey to recovery. We accept most commercial insurances and will work with you through the prior authorization process. We make sure that before you arrive on campus you know exactly what to expect financially. Learn more about our financing options here.
Arrive and finalize treatment plan
As soon as we have completed all screening steps and confirmed your financial plan, we bring you onto campus. Here, your personal admission counselor will work with you to craft your personalized treatment plan to address your barriers to recovery. For professionals navigating regulatory and diversion board requirements, we have team members who specialize in navigating that process as well. Our plans vary in length of stay, with a typical stay being about 30 days. All stays include personal care plans, therapies, treatments, recreation, dining and room and board.
