At Beauterre Recovery Institute, we view relapse as a natural part of the road to addiction recovery and an opportunity to make the adjustments necessary to find renewed support and skills to discover lifelong recovery.
The road to recovery is a journey that can include many ups and downs, and varying degrees of success. Perhaps you’ve been through other programs or addressed your addiction on your own; enjoying periods of recovery but unable to maintain the changes required for lifelong recovery. Relapse happens, and it’s best dealt with honestly and actively; seizing it as an opportunity for further self-examination and adjustments to meet the challenges of lifelong recovery head-on.
The Recovery Restoration Program is an intensive maintenance track designed to assess where each patient is at in their respective journey. Length of stays vary based on your unique needs, with an emphasis on accurately assessing your situation, addressing new opportunities for growth and change and learning new and familiar ways to cope and discover your recovery.
Admission to the Recovery Restoration Program includes chemical, medical and neuropsychological assessments to guide your personalized care plan. We’ll meet you where you are to integrate advanced treatment modalities based on your unique needs to address your relapse and get you back on track to recovery.
Your carefully structured day includes individual and group therapies based on the most advanced treatment models – including dialectical behavioral therapy, health realization, cognitive behavioral therapies, 12 step, and motivational interviewing. You’ll also discover the healing powers of improved physical health and well-being – with therapies ranging from massage and acupuncture to biofeedback and yoga, even equine therapy.
And you’ll stay physically active, enjoying year-round activities including a fitness center, walking trails, basketball and tennis courts, a golf practice tee and more.
Throughout your stay, you and your loved ones will also receive important education, guidance and therapy to support your lifelong recovery. Family therapy and programs play a vital role in helping you and your loved ones understand addiction, learn new coping skills and begin rebuilding relationships.
Your continuing care plan will focus on your specific relapse triggers and help you build new coping skills and identify community and family support to maintain your recovery. Your Beauterre team will continue phone and online support for a year to provide you with a lifeline to care and support.
